As you know, MediaBee was born out of a deep understanding of the challenges faced by small businesses and organizations in the ever-evolving digital landscape. We have invested significant resources in studying various possibilities, spending countless hours and a substantial budget to facilitate the platform and its features and conduct rigorous testing. Our relentless efforts made us succeed in creating an all-in-one solution that caters to the needs of most small businesses and organizations worldwide, with standard requirements.
During our discussions with a few non-profit organizations, we discovered they were burdened with exorbitant costs. They were paying 7.5% - 10% of their donation revenue as a platform fee, in addition to setup costs (€1000 +) and a monthly maintenance charge(€100+). This revelation propelled us to take action, leading us to design a project called "AlmsGiving". AlmsGiving is a revolutionary service equipped with advanced features, specifically tailored to make it accessible and affordable for non-profit organizations that may not have the means to bear such high costs.
While other online solutions may offer donation collection for 4% or 5%, or even less, they often require organizations to handle technical aspects like website integration and related technical headaches. At MediaBee, we offer a branded website with donation/recurring payment collection features and personal support whenever needed, and that's too for a fraction of the cost, even compared with the lowest offerings online.
With AlmsGiving, these organizations now only pay a significantly reduced fee ranging from 0.5% to 1.35% (depending on the plan). In other words, non-profit organizations have saved several thousands of euros in platform fees (7 to 20 times less) that can now be directed towards their noble causes.
